Company Introduction

Guangdong Luzhou Paper Mould Packing Products Co., Ltd. is founded in 2001. Its shareholders are Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co., Ltd., a listed company (Stock Code 000601) taking 87.90% equity and Nanxiong Second Paper Mill taking 12.10% equity. The capital value is at RMB 44.53 million (equivalent to USD6.52 million). The company has changed its name to SHAONENG GROUP GUANGDONG LUZHOU PAPER MOULD PACKING PRODUCTS CO., LTD. in Oct. 2011.

Luzhou is located in Nanxiong City, Shaoguan, Guangdong Province. It is only 45 minutes time to take you from Guangzhou to Shaoguan by Express train. Luzhou covers an area of over 90,000 square meters. There are 623 employees, out of which 104 are technicians. In order to take social responsibility there are 13 disabled workers too.

Luzhou specializes in manufacturing bio-degradable tableware including plates, trays, clamshells, bowls, meat tray and industrial packaging. Equipped with TEN semi-automatic production lines and TWO advanced packing lines, Luzhou can produce 300 million pieces of tableware and 2,000 tons of industrial packaging products each year.

Luzhou can proudly say it is the leading manufacturer of the bio-degradable tableware in China. Our five-year plan (2008-2012) is to install another TWENTY advanced fully-automatic production lines in order to keep the leading position.

The materials we use are natural plant fibre, like bagasse (sugar cane), bamboo, couch grass and wheat straw. The products therefore are environmentally friendly, attractive, strong, heat-resistant, water-resistant, oil resistant and odorless. They are exported worldwide, especially to North America and Europe.
